    Day 10- 9lbs! so happy

    So just wanted to brag on my 9lb loss! I am doing extended induction and hope to aim for a total loss of 20lbs by oct.1st!

      Stunning picture. I am also going to try extended induction....maybe for about a month. Then i will go on to the first rung. Good luck on yours.
