Tomorrow will be my 4 month anniversary with atkins. I started May 21st, 2007 and I am glad that I did. I am no longer on extended induction and I am on OWL. Once I hit 225 lbs. I will post another picture of me and then my final picture when I hit my goal. I would like to thanks everyone on here for my motivation.

This is so cool, you're definitely an inspiration - congratulations!! Do you have any tips or tricks or staple foods that you ate every day that helped you along? Can you give us a sample menu to give us an idea of what you ate like every day?
You are definitely my motivation now to keep going!
