Like the title said I had 1/2 c. of raspberries yesterday and for some reason feel like I cheated. I'm on Day 22 and well past the induction but still haven't been getting over 20 grams of carbs a day. I'm trying but it just seems wrong. I'm doing well in ketosis according to the ketostix. I took a day off from exercising yesterday because I've been working out for the past week straight. Almost all the carbs I do eat come from vegetables. Mostly green leafy ones like raw spinach and yesterday I ate a combination of cauliflower and broccoli (cooked). I feed good. but like I said yesterday felt like the first time I've cheated...
