I have been doing so good, I made it through 8 weeks fairly easy as i have been getting acustomed to this wol, well last night I cracked..... caved in and ate a donut!!!! i don't even care for donuts after that i ate a huge hunk of jalapeno cheese bread and 2 spoonfulls of bread pudding, what makes it even worse is for the past week i have had a bad cold and so i couldn't even taste the junk i was eating!!!! i am so dissapointed i don't know what happened, i'm down 40 pounds and then i pulled this stunt....so now i will just have to start all over..... i just thought i would share lol

Don't beat yourself up over it. Get right back into the program. Use this 'experience' to educate yourself. Ask yourself WHY it happened. What were you feeling? What were you thinking? Did you ask yourself what the consequences would be?
What could/can you do to keep it from happening again?? Write out what you will do next time you get the same urge. Learn from it and Prepare for everyday. If you face the day with a thought out plan - you'll stay focused and not let be tempted.
Maybe a food journal would be helpful. It helps me. I write down everything I eat in a journal. That makes me more accountable for my actions and focused.Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F
