    Coming Back

    Greetings -
I was on OWL but my body is too stubborn for my liking so I am coming back to Induction. I do have a question. I still have 54 pounds to lose. Can I stay on extended induction until I only have 24 or so to go? I enjoy it, and have no problems staying cheat-free.

    Thanks much! - Jen

i wouldnt recommend going to induction, at what point in OWL did you struggle? did you work out why you struggled?

My body halted in OWL, as soon as i upped my carbs it started moving, apparently it didnt like me eating too few.

      Re: Coming Back

Exercise is the same. But, I found after a couple of days that going back was a mistake. So, I'm back on OWL.

I know what my problem is, and it seems horribly stupid to write but honestly. . . I am afraid I will fail. I'm afraid I will not eat enough or eat too much, that I will lose the will to keep on keepin' on, that I will not like the skinny me. . .

Since being back on OWL and adding berries, I'm feeling much better and actually lost one more pound - praise the Lord!

Anyway. . . thanks for responding.

          Re: Coming Back

I agree with all the responses above. Ive found if things are slowing down, then its a good idea to move up to the next rung of OWL, it always seems to kick start things again.

Todate ive lost 2 x as much weight as I did last time round (2003) in the same amount of time. Difference is that last time I stayed on Induction for months, I dont think it did me any favours.

And by the time I reached my goal weight last time, I had still not progressed through all the rungs, long term I think this was a very bad idea and contributed to my slipping back into my previous unhealthy eating ways.
