    I cant believe

I cant believe i much less hungry i am now ... I actually have to tell myself to eat more now instead of eat less ... I am never hungry anymore and even when i am i just eat a little and then im satisfied and dont eat anymore till hours later .. I used to eat a big meal .. finish every last bite .. then want seconds and then snack afterwards .. id eat all day long ... I broke down and bought some low carb ice cream .. i was scared that i was gonna eat all of it at once and ruin all my hard work .. but i swear i had a tini little bowl of it that night and haven't touched it since .. i just dont crave it anymore ...

    Re: I cant believe

I know exactly how you feel. I use to binge all the time. The more sugar I ate the more I wanted. Soda was my biggest downfall. I would go through a 2 liter bottle in 2 days all by myself. Now it's totally different. Sometimes I have to remind myself to eat. The cravings are gone. I'm eating healthy and have much more energy to play with my sons. And my favorite beverage is WATER. I never thought I would say that. Good luck!

        Re: I cant believe

I was always amazed by the whole loss of appetite too. I love not thinking about food. When I started Atkins for the first time in a long time I was eating to live instead of living to eat. It's a wonderful feeling when you realize that food has lost its control over you!

This is one of the magical things that happens when you commit yourself 100% to the AWOL. Its also something that non-Atkineers never believe. My friend on Weight Watchers is constantly grumbling about being hungry.
