Welcome Mickigirl! It's good to have another partner in crime. I'm thinking about playing sick tonight so I can get out of my dinner out. I'm just one week into induction and I think it's too soon for the challenge of eating at restaurants - especially italian. Cough, cough. I better start acting now.

That's 2 funny. That's totally something I would do. I'm going to steak house tonight, so I'm excited. It's supposed to ice over tonight, and in Atlanta that can be a nightmare. Goal is to stick to plan as close as possile. Good luck girls.118/117/109 5 Feet Female 26

Hi everyone - hope you all had a good weekend. I'm down to 130 and had a pink stick over the weekend so I'm very happy. I'm gonna go workout today too. I made the yummiest dinner last night - and am looking forward to the leftovers today for lunch. I have to be creative with the cooking or I get into the egg/cheese/meat rut. I have to admit that I craved sweets massively on Saturday night. I'm hoping to be down another 2 pounds by our Thursday weigh-in. Happy Monday, v

At least you didn't cave to any cravings as I did on Sat. But got right back on track and I am down 1 lbs since Wed. Will stay away from scale til Thursday am now!118/117/109 5 Feet Female 26

Yikes, tomorrow we weigh. I just went to the gym so I'm feeling pretty good about weighing tomorrow but I've been wrong before. How are yall doing? I want it to hurry up and be Thursday.

I'm a little nervous, b/c I have been eating a good bit of sausage this week and I feel a bit bloated. So I've been chugging water like crazy. I'll be happy with any movement, and I think I'll have lost some. Good luck!118/117/109 5 Feet Female 26

I just weighed...128. So, I'm down 2 pounds from last week. Had hoped for more but not complaining. Now my concern is next weekend. My husband and I are having a dinner party - the theme is Basque food and wine. We do these wine dinners with a group of our friends; everyone brings a dish and a complimentary wine and then we eat and drink all night. That'll be a hump in the road I suppose but I have a week to psyche myself up for it. Hope you all did well. I'm 5 pounds from goal - should I stay in induction? What are you going to do? I've always stayed in induction in the past but maybe I should move on to OWL next week.

I'm down 1.5 lbs this week. So I'm right at 10% of what I want to lose. A better goal would be 110, which is realistic, but Im hoping for 108. I don't feel too bad considering I slipped on Saturday. The small loss has motivated me for the upcoming week.
I plan on staying on Induction until coming back from London and then moving on to OWL. If I were you I would do induction for 1 more week and then move on.
I got some sticks this morning. I am going to try to stay off the scale this week and use the sticks. Good luck!118/117/109 5 Feet Female 26

I've gotten bad sticks before. Have you gotten any darker using them. You may want to try different ones. I got the ones in the actual pharmacy that test ketones and glucose for diabetics so they have to work well!!118/117/109 5 Feet Female 26

Well - I'm up a pound but I screwed up on my pill and started TOM so I'm assuming it's water weight. I've been clean so I'm not gonna stress and will wait for my whooshie in a day or two. Congrats to you!
