    I have been on atkins for a few months and Whats with the yeast? I have gotten it every month. Is this normal and what do you do about it? I took the spit test and it was negative.

    I'm still new to this so I have no idea. Have you read the book because I think it deals with people who have yeast or something. I know it's in there because I thumbed ahead a bit. I haven't actually gotten that far in it yet though. Hopefully someone who has can answer your question. I'm looking forward to reading the replies.

        O.K. Thanks so much i didn't read though if this was caused by this woe.? Also if i do the otc medicine every month will i not lose weight? Do I have to cut out all those things. Yes i have read the book but not in awhile but i dont think these questions were answered when i did. So funny because i was doing this woe before i had the twins and i didnt have this or hairloss which i have this time .
