Hi all, i had big hopes that Atkins was gonna help me to really lose the pounds. This being my second time, the first i lost 20lbs but was also told i was diabetic so i was already watching the carbs. Well tomorrow i will be starting my 6th week. I lost 9 lbs but i keep gaining a few then lose, then gain, then lose....you know the deal. I definately drink my water, i love it!, so thats not my problem. TOM was, had to have some chocolate
and have not been in ketosis since i had those double dipped choc. peanuts........yummy though. Then today i really goofed it up when my hubby wanted chinese....not much low carb there. So my question is...........SHOULD i Start All over???????
I am sooooo sick of eggs every morning,and lunch i do mostly low carb burger with all the lettuce, or grilled chicken, i do exercise a little on the gazelle but not as much as i should. What to do?????
