I Just got a really good scale and i now weigh 357.0 and i started at roughly 380. So im down 23 LBS since Jan 4th when i first started! Oh also, i just started strict induction this past Sunday!!! I've been finding it hard to exercise though =( does anyone know any good videos i can do at home?? like richard simmons but not too much of the richard cause ill die if i had to watch him daily haha so YAY 23LBS gone so far!!!

Great Job!!! *turns totally green*
I love a good butt kicking so I go with Tae Bo for videos or Crunch has a bunch of really good ones. Also, Gaiam puts out good dvds and such, I have their pilates one that I absolutely *adore*. Don't get those crazy belly dancing twins, they are *horrid*. Oh, and I know Kathy Ireland had one that I loved when I was younger but I don't know if it's still around.27/f/5'10"

I love The Walk Away the Pounds Tapes. By Leslie Samsone (sp?). They are great. You can get them at wal-mart or pretty much anywhere. You can do it right in your home and still walk 1,2, or 3 miles.

I lost another LB. Down 24LBS at 356! :joy Tomorrow im gonna start hardcore again with a definate amount of water (4.5 liters) and starting a 30 minute workout daily and next week im going to try to up it more and more!! WOOO I love this diet!!!20 - m - ny

And congrats on getting theexercise part of your Atkins going. the walk away the pounds is great for beginners as is the couch 2 5K running program if you want to get into running outside or on a treadmill.
