Just wanted to say hi, and I'll be around here for awhile. I just completed Induction, and have lost 9.5 lbs. I will be continuing in extended induction at least until the end of Feb, as we are going on a cruise leaving Feb 27th, and I want to make sure that I can get into last years bathing suit, and all the nice slim summer clothes from previous years. The last time I was on induction for 5-6 months, but I had alot more weight to lose. This time, I'll have to play it my ear. I know I'll need my nuts & fruits earlier, than the summer! Looking forward to getting to know you guys on here!

I am pretty much just starting extended as well. This is my 4th day on it. I did screw up and eat something that had some nuts in it and had a small SF Breve starbucks yesterday. Eh... live and learn. I kinda feel a bit berated though when i mention i accidentally messed something up. eh oh well.
Anyway I am thinking I'll call today my 2nd 1st day of extended to get a fresh start

I started this WOE on 02nd Jan 08 with 100 kgs. I have not lost that much although I am through with the 14 days. I stack to meat, fish and veggies. I think the scale has moved 1 kg less. Maybe because I eat macadamia nuts on my 4th day. Because of poor planning I travelled without any food and happened to eat macadamia nuts for breajfast, and processed meat for lunch. I am however getting a lot of complements on how I have lost weight on my face. I guess this is something to cerebrate about. So Im going on with the meat, fish veggie thing and hope to get the scale move more as most people report hear. It is so encouraging.

Pemphero, sometimes, the scale doesn't show what the visual shows. You are probably starting to lose inches, and that is not always shown on the scale in #'s. So just keep going, and the 2 will catch up!
