  • Week Three Extended Induction

I am going into my third week as of today. I have lost a total of 10 pounds since January 1st. Not too bad. Though I still feel bloated due to TOM came to me within the third day of Induction. I am totally commited to this plan. I have tried many diets, and all didn't work. I tried Atkins a few years back, and lost over 60 pounds in just over two months. I have gained 10 of it back since I went off the plan years ago. Not too bad, but I don't want NONE of it back! So, I decided to start Atkins again, and this time, continue until I reach my goal.

My husband is VERY supportive of me, and loves me regardless of how much I weigh. But I know, I would be a much happier person within myself, if I was healthier and leaner. So, wish me luck on my long journey!!

Make sure you hit the rungs properly and learn from your body what foods it does and doesnt like, it will help you from falling off the wagon when there are so many other options.

Thank you for your advice. I bought an Atkins Low Carb cookbook and I'm going through it, and there are so many yummy recipes. I don't want to get bored with eatting the same things and fall off the wagon again.
By the way, you look great! You look like a totally different person.
