  • After Two Weeks, I've Lost.....

9.2 LBS! I am SO thrilled by this. I have been on induction for three weeks, but I have to confess that the first week did not go so well...but weeks 2 and 3 have been great. :joy

Don't know it if helped or hurt that I've had a bad cold/flu and been pretty miserable -- guess I could not tell if headache was w/drawal or illness. Who cares?!

Kudos to all of us who get this program and stick with it. I'm tempted to say w/ induction for awhile more; I've got a lot of weight to lose!

Now -- off to figure out how to put one of those graphs onto my page!

XOXO to everyone again -- these boards are what keep me going! :hug

Woohoo girl!!! I'm weighing in tomorrow at 2 weeks. Nervous as all get out. I just *HAD* to buy the ketostix tonight. I was sure I was not in ketosis for some reason!

                Way to go!!

                  Thank you all!

Thanks everyone for the great kudos. This has been such a big deal for me, but I just *know* I'm ready. I believe motivation is key and I've got it.
My dilemma now is whether to got to OWL (which scares me -- afraid the littlest thing will throw me) or stick with Induction for a bit longer I have about 80 lbs to lose! All advice welcome! ensive

woo hoo for you read chapter 13 of your DANDR and answer the questions and you will know if you should do a longer induction or not. Happy low carbing.

                        Eggs...awesome job..way to go!

Answer the questions in DANDR as 2big suggests, and see how you feel. Depending on how close you are to goal you can stay on Induction for a while if you feel comfortable there. I stayed for five months, and then I was ready for more veggies. Theres no rush to move on, so take your time.

I'd like to suggest that you go on the taskbar where it says Profile, click that and then, in the signature area, post your stats. See how mine is?
with your gender, age, height and then start weight/ current weight/ goal weight.
It can help us when it comes to giving advice to know these things. :yes

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
