  • Green Tea

The caffeine in green tea, is it really enough to do any damage or affect ketosis or anything if I have 2 cups (8 fl oz each) a day? I was under the impression the green tea had a minimum amount of caffeine and that little bit of caffeine won't hurt anything.

    Thanks

Induction is our time to break our addictions to carbs and caffiene. In DANDER it says that the caffiene can make you have spikes and dips in your blood sugar. So unfortunately you are supposed to go without caffiene. But remember the ultimate choice is yours.

    hope this helps

I've been drinking caffeine-free green tea (Tetley) with one packet of sweetener. I had never tasted green tea before and I was very pleasantly surprised! I *almost* prefer it over what used to be my regular cup of tea with a smidge of sugar and milk.

I've been fixing myself Decaf black tea and pouring cream in it. I sip it at night which helps with my "cravings" that I'm having. It is really good!!!! I get cinnamon flavored tea which is really good.
