    IS THAT MY BREATH???

    Today is day three and for some reason I have the worst taste in my mounth and I think my breath smells!! I usually dont have trouble with my breath but why is my mouth tasting so weird!!!!!!!!!!!! :yikes :yikes :yikes :yikes :yikes :yikes :yikes :yikes

        I've been on the WOE for 5 weeks now cheat free and have NEVER had a bad taste in my mouth or bad breath. I have lost 12 pounds. Does this mean I've never been in ketosis? There HAS to be other signs to look for. I've looked for the sticks and can't find them anywhere. HELP!!!

          Because I smoke, I always have bad breath - I wouldn't expect someone to notice a difference

            I don't know any more signs of ketosis, but I found the ketostix at the Walmart pharmacy (Canadian store). I had to ask at the counter for them. I paid around $9.00 for 50.

              Does this bad breath go away after a while??? Drinking water has helped a little, but it's still bad. Help!
