    I started this woe on Monday 5 days cheat free :icondance im doing pretty good except for headache :sadblinky I was tired the first few days but now I have a lots of energy I am not hungry anymore :icondance

    But my ? is I was told that I need to eat at least my brm but I cant eat that much without eating to much so what do u suggest that I do? :help

    I am drinking about 100 to 120 oz of water a day

    Also I have a bad taste in my mouth is that normal? :confused

    Also is it normal to gain weight (5 pounds) the first day then lose that 5 the next and it was tom so maybe it was that? :confused Btw I lost that 5 that I gain plus 5 more so far

    I haven’t been craving anything well except ice cream I want some so bad today and I don’t know why because I didn’t eat it that much before :confused

    The Atkins thing is weird- i'm reinducting again and have induction flu for the first time- i feel like I've been hit by a mac truck.

      I can explain the ice cream craving, I think. I read somewhere that when you're dehydrated, you'll crave ice cream more for a snack. I tried simply drinking more water when the craving came on (or drinking more to prevent the craving), and it works!

      Try to drink at least 64 oz a day... more if you're exercising. You'll notice the difference in your cravings and your weight loss!

        Welcome from a former 300+ pounder.

        Up your water and the craving should go away and your breath should not be so bad as you will be flushing more ketones out that direction and the amount in your blood will go down.

        try to eat calorie dense foods. you will not go into starvation mode eating below your BRM for a few days as you have losts of fat reserves to burn off.

        You might also be calcium deficient are you taking some calcium?

          I'm takein 200mg of calcium a day should i take more?

          i drink 100 to 120oz a day should i be drinkin more then that?

          also i exercise 45 min to a hour 3 days a week lifting weights and i walking on my treadmill 3 days a week butl i can only do 10 to 15 mins at a time on the treadmill but i try to do it 2 times a day is that enough exercise?
