  • 2-week induction over-Results

Just weighed myself after 2 weeks of induction.

5 pounds lost - yippee skippy!!!

I was hoping for more but then I realized...I didn't gain 5 pounds, I didn't stay the same, I *lost* 5 pounds (never to be found again). Change *is* good!

I think I will continue on induction for a while. I seem to be settling into a comfortable pattern for now, I don't feel deprived and I have a lot to lose. Will reevaluate again in 2 weeks time.

            Thanks so much!!

I never thought I'd have control over what went in my mouth. Last night I bought an Orange Crush sweetened with splenda as a treat. I didn't even drink it. Before Atkins, if I bought a pop at the store, it would be a miracle if I made it home from the store before opening!

If you plan, keep organized, have the best food in the house, you can do it and not be hungry..... I am very optimistic this time around and losing and not finding again the dreaded pounds!!! You do have a great attitude and let's keep on being losers..... good for you :joy :joy :joy :joy

woo hoo for you love your attitude wish more folk appreciated the pounds they do lose on their Atkins induction like you do.

You have between high and average metabolic resistance and Dr Atkins said longer inductions would assist folk likeyou with healing their metabolisms. so it is a good thing you are chooseing.

                  Happy Induction.
