I know there are a lot of recipes here but usually I plan my meals, etc when I'm in bed doing my nightly reading...so...I just haven't looked here all that much..I'm on the computer all day for work so I really don't like doing a lot of "research" on here although I do like posting and chatting with everyone!! :nod

What do you think? Do you have these? Are they helpful?

I've taken a Gander at the book, and to be honest, you can find a ton of more stuff on this board and on the Web in general. Just Print them out, Staple them, then at bed time, read them.
