  • First Month of Induction Done ... 23 lbs. Lost for Ever!!!!!

I couldn't believe my eyes this morning on the scale. I started induction one month ago and am ecstatic. I am a 5'9" 33 yo female that started at 311. This morning I was 288. I am thrilled!!!

I plan on staying on induction for quite a while until I am within sight of my goal. Thanks for all the great tips on this board ... I don't say much, but I read a lot of the information.

Good for you!! That is so exciting. I am on day 6 of induction. I am also 5'9" so I can relate. I finally got over the hump and am feeling better. Your story is keeping me going!

Good for you. Your post is inspiring. I'm on day 16 of Induction. I know I've lost weight ( I haven't weighed but clothes are looser) but I saw a myself on video tape and I still looked huge...so that got me a little down. Then I saw your post and it kept me from going home and ordering a pepperoni pizza to console myself!

I'm at 148 trying to get down to 140..maybe 135 if I get really motivated.
