Well, after only losing 1lb last week on extended induction, I have decided, I should move up to OWL 1. I was going to stay on extended till the end of Feb, before we go on our cruise, but decided, I should start introducing more carbs, gradually weekly, or I could be heading for a disaster on the cruise, being expose to too much food. So I'll start slow, and add more vegies to my week.
