I have been doing Atkins now for 2 weeks, and have had pretty steady weight loss. i work out 2-3 times a week, usually cardio. The problem i am having is my legs are very sore, cramping up and just don't feel good at all. i drink a lot of water every day so i know i'm not dehydrated. i saw on another thread something about potassium, i do take a mulivitiman but i don't know how much potassium is in it. i am wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how they fixed it.
