I'm in my 4th week of induction and I've only lost one pound this week. What could this be a sign of? Should I move on to OWL? Could I not be eating enough? I've regulary kept my carbs below 20 every day. Sometimes I don't even eat 15 a day. I almost always eat my cheese allowance for the day (but I was losing in the first 3 weeks steadily). I eat all my veggies (sometimes more because I like them).
What should I do????

Remember that the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the loss. Sad but true.
