I've been doing this for a little over a week now but I have to say.. the past few days I've gained weight which I find hard to believe since I almost have no appitite and I've been eating mostly cheese and chicken. My schedule is not normal, I sleep weird hours, I work nights, I go to school during the day, I take online classes. I think after browsing on here for a little bit just now, I've realized theres no negotiating atkins. Atkins itself may not be the diet I am looking for. I was trying to do Atkins, but a more healthy version. But.... I'm thinking that this may not work well in losing weight. I've eliminated diet soda's and my sweets intake to zero. I've been working out which is something I never used to do. The only problem is the food. I don't really eat much but feel as though a strictly grilled chicken, eggs, tuna fish and green veggies would be ideal. Please help me out I need some ideas as to what I should do from this point on.
