    and i have lost 10 pounds :yikes i cant belive it this woe is great :icondance :joy :icondance :joy cant wait to weight next week

          Good job on making through Week 1.... Believe it or not I think you have made it through the most difficult week. You have started to develop some great habits, and you now see the great positive reenforcement as well. Congrats on having such a great week!
