Forgive me if you are male - but is it time of the month?

If you are following the rules of induction it will go down again.

It could be water retention - have you had lots of salty food the last week? Are you drinking enough water?

Or you could be eating too much food or the wrong food. Try posting a detailed list in the 'review my menu' forum of what you have eaten the last few days in case someone can spot a known possible problem food.
Remember we are supposed to eat if we are hungry but only till satisfied.

Or if you are female it could be 'that time of the month'. Oops - loonatika just asked you that!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

No - I sometimes find my weight going up after I havent had enough water, like the body hangs on to it if it thinks there is likely to be a shortage. Having plenty more water usually stops it.

Also some people find if they increase their exercise a lot or change to a different exercise they have a short gain. Something to do with muscles I think but I am sure one of the experts will correct that if I am wrong.

Have you read moochicat's post about weight loss not being 'linear'?
