  • what you think?

I have started induction jan12008 I lost14 pounds after 3 weeks however this last week I didn't lose anything. I don't want to get discouraged but I have a lot to lose. (After 30 days of strict induction, I introduce berries because I have a bad flu) what you think?
I started Atkins 14 days ago and i have seen results. 8lbs lost. I can eat great food and lose weight while being healthy. Although the second week showed less results than the first, i will stay on course. I really thank the forum for all the advice and proven success. Thanks guys!

    Re: what you think?

    Welcome to ADBB, sony

Many people report they dont lose anything in their third week on Atkins, so you might be experiencing the same (it is sometimes called the post induction stall syndrome)

Congratulations on the pounds you have lost already How many more are you hoping to lose?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I started at 240 pounds (5'’3) I am currently 226 pounds, think you so much for the quick answer, do you think I should move to owl or stay on extend induction?

        Re: what you think?

Extending induction is only recommended by Dr Atkins for those who lose nothing at all on induction or who have a lot of weight to lose.
I dont think this applies to you, so I would suggest moving to OWL now.
