Is it acceptable to move from extended induction into the pre-maintainance phase skipping OWL? Has anyone done this before? All insights are welcome

You really should go through the rungs in order to learn how various foods affect you. Also, you want to find your CCLL/CCLM (critical carb level for losing/maintaining). With only ten lbs left to lose you need to hop to OWL asap. You won't regret it.Before and after:
