    Is it acceptable to move from extended induction into the pre-maintainance phase skipping OWL? Has anyone done this before? All insights are welcome

    My MINI Goal










    My Goal is to weigh 125 lbs! 20 lbs to Go
    Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.
    SW-January 9/08-156lbs
    Started Induction-January 28/08 @ 150lbs ***Ended Induction @ 147lbs. A 3lb lost!

    You really should go through the rungs in order to learn how various foods affect you. Also, you want to find your CCLL/CCLM (critical carb level for losing/maintaining). With only ten lbs left to lose you need to hop to OWL asap. You won't regret it.
