Depends really on the brand, the best thing you can do is read labels and use in moderation. I have "La Choy" brand soy sauce I use very lightly if I want a little extra taste but it's 1g of Carbs per serving which is a teaspoon so you can't really use soy sauce liberally. Some soy sauces have more carbs.
As far as other sauces, check out your local grocery store and read labels There's plenty of atkins friendly sauces with 1g or less per serving . . . just go out and find what sounds good to you :nod
