    week four and i have gained 4 lbs. I cheated on saturday night . with one meal I guess thats where the new lbs are coming from. ..

    I doubt one meal will put four lbs of actual fat on you..it is more than likely water retention and I would suggest you just pound down water today and get your full allotment ..if you did not bump yourself out of ketosis you should be fine if you did then just keep moving forward like nothing happened...move on you will be back in ketosis soon and loosing weight.
