My weigh in day is usually Tuesday but after measuring this weekend, I could not wait till tomorrow. I have lost 15 inches all over and am down to 288 !! I have been in a funk for the last couple of weeks because the scale would not move......and you all said to just keep on track and I did and boy am I ever glad !! Thanks for all the encouragement and support everyone is so quick to give.......you all are Fabulous !!!

weigh to go I hope you too will now become a pay it forward ADBB Atkineer and post to all those who come after you bemoaning how they too are having problems after induction cause the scales will not move or their Atkins stopped working and tell that Hey it happened to me too and gues what the scales and the inches moved big time in a few weeks cause I just kept trucking on. or whatever words you like to use.
