Anyone else get the feeling that they cheated but dont know if they really have ... I feel like im eating a lot so I feel like ive cheated but I dont know if I have so I feel guilty. It is tearin me apart.
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: Slim Jim
2 spoonfuls of chicken salad (so sick of it)
Snack: 2 cups of hot n spicy pork rinds
Dinner: 1 1/2 steak

Snack: 20-25 pc's shrimp (says 0 carbs)
