  • RENÉ'S CAESAR'S DRESSING FOR INDUCTION? OR NO?

    hello!

I'm starting induction in a few days and im trying to plan out my meals correctly before I begin. I am wondering if Rene's Caesar's dressing is allowed on induction? or any caesar's dressing for that matter? which ones do you guys/gals recommend if allowed on induction.. Thank you! newbie Pam

I prefer Marie's dressings. I would think most Caesar dressings are OK but make sure you read the labels!

Yeah, Renees makes several dressings which are really low carb. Read the labels and/or check out their web page. I use them sometimes, they're really good, but pricey.

I give you my recipe of Caesar´s dressing:

          1 garlic clove
          1 little anchovy can
          2 yolks (raw)
          1 tablespoon mustard
          8 tablesppon grated Parmesano cheese
          300 grs olive oil
Salt (just a bit as the cheese is salty enough)
          50 grs vinager
Perrins sauce (just a few drops)

Grind the garlic and anchovies together.
Add the rest of the ingredientes (except the cheese) and mix and beat well until the sauce is well jointed... like mayo.
Then add the parmesan cheese and move.
Try it! Nothing taste like home-made food! :nod
