this weekend was rough. i had 2 big dinner parties and i cant say i cheated. i just feel as though i didnt follow the induction as strict as usual and now today i didnt as well. I need to get myself back into induction mode! REGULAR induction mode. im talking 2 - 3 cups salad a day and water water water! and some kind of moving! Anyone with me or am i alone? lol oh also, i was curious tonight and usually i weigh myself with clothes on and im a lot more than without in the morning. tonight i was 355 which is good because in the AM i will prob be a few lbs less which means ive lost since last time i did my weigh in (friday morning) i weighed 353 on Friday morning. cant wait til the AM scale check !! WOOO!! night kids lol

Don't fret it's hard sometimes to stay the course while out. Always have a little bag of legal snacks with you even know you think it's silly. Sneak into the bathroom if you feel out of sorts and have one LOL. Also you should be so proud you didn't stay from plan you did well and have proved you truely are ready and want this for you. Don't let a few things slow you down cause this is for you RIGHTYou can do this drink your water and get back to induction first thing don't look back only ahead to the future imagine yourself in a cute little dress or maybe wearing that pair of jeans you could never even imagine. This is what I do every day and evey day I am 1 day closer to realizing my goal. You can do it and I, WELL all be here for you. What have you got to lose............

scale update!! this morning it came in at 350.5! down another 1.5 lbs! the thing is now.. the weight is coming off fast but i dont see a difference AT ALL and im scared lol20 - m - ny

Have you a photo of 'before' that you can put next to a photo of you now?

Hi, congrats on the loss so far..i have to agree w/ Elizellen about you seeing yourself everyday so you cant tell the differnece yet, it took me about 50lbs before i realized-hmmm, ive lost a little weight, others can tell but i still cant hardly tell by looking in the mirrow, try on a pair of your old clothes thats how i can tell, and also try measuring yourself once a month or so. you will get to your goal in no time, you just watch. why dont you try to go to the F&Q forum towards the top, then scroll down and thes a post about motivation its really great. good luck you can do it. :waveORIGINALLY STARTED:
