  • another update

    hi again!!

    just another update on my progression.

    day 15 and ive decided too stay on induction for another couple of weeks as im really pleased with my progression on this phase.

    havent a clue how much iv'e lost as im working away and have no scales!! but my clothes are feeling really loose and in myself i feel great!!

    the lads i live with are eating all the things i love like pizza(favourite)spaghetti bolognese etc and i have not been tempted once. im really pleased about this as ive started and stopped this woe atleast 5 times since september and have always given in to my cravings but something inside me has clicked and im finding it really easy this time.

    im drinking water constantly throughout the day and actually quite like it now as i never used too drink it before. im eating all my veggies and salads and generally am in a really good frame of mind. i just take each day as it comes and i am home in 3 weeks to see my wife and little boy and just want them too be proud of me. isent her some photos on email and she said she could see a massive difference in my face so im over the moon at the minute.

    CONGRATS!!! I was the same way - off/on, off/on. I "feel" like something clicked this time so I hope, like you, it really has and I get to feel the same rate of success and upbeat attitude!

      thanks for the quick reply mrsbrittney!! i cant explain it... if one of the lads is eating something i know i cant have i sort of look the other way and feel sick!!
      i just block what there eating out of my mind cos i know i just cant have it.

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
