  • first day of induction (again) and new goal

    so i'm back. REALLY! I lost 30 pounds almost a year ago. The past few months i had been deprssed telling myself how terrible i gained 20 back!!! i'm so so so sad about that. I'm back now and i was to lose 43-48 pounds. that will put me at 115-120. I want to do this by summer and i dont think 4 months is a bad time frame.

    Look that the number 40 is a little much so i'm going to focuse on a monthly goal. My first months goal is 16 lbs. Even though i dont ahve a lot to lose the weight seems to come off fast. Does 16 pounds by march 15 sound good? i'm post this to find out so i dont dissapoint myself.

    Welcom back! I'm sort of re-starting with you. I just figured out why I've been stalled for a few days. I'd starting eating some Atkins bars, and they are stalling me! So, I'm back to the strict induction. Watch out for those tempting bars!!!

    Are you doing any exercise? I need to start walking on the treadmill and doing some strength work or something.

      okay time to get serious. get your goals and your pics and measurements ready for the March 15th comparison. Even if you don't achieve the scale number by then if you are truely doing your Atkins all of it the exercise and the eating part you will be a smaller healthier version of you on that date and that is what counts.

      I know Brook was a model for you pluorvee but you should know even Brook didn't get the weight lose she planned on her first yr when she started out she was going to be the Atkins wonder child and be at goal in one yr. Well it didn't happen even being cheatfree the whole way, but when you look at her May o3 pic she is definitly much healthier and smaller and somewhere in that time she realized that it wasn't a race to a scale number and she accepted that she wasn't going to set the weight loss world on fire with her speed but she became determined to do it and overcome all the obsticles life through in her path to goal and in so doing she set the Atkins low carb world on fire with her determination to do it right, both the eating and the exercising parts.
      Allow yourself the time it takes for your body to get to goal, but be determined to get there no matter what life throws at you.
