    Parmesan Garlic Chicken
    Makes 6 servings
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 envelope italian dressing seasoning
    6 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

1.Mix cheese, seasoning and garlic powder
2.Moisten Chicken with water, coat with cheese mixture, place in shallow pan.
    3. Bake at 400F for 20-25 min.

Kraft says 2grams of carbs, 230 cal, 7g fat, 3g sat. fat, 680 mg sodium, and 37g protein in its recipe.

Is this induction safe - don't know about the italian dressing seasoning - i know some have sugar and carrots...

The Italian dressing mix does contain some sugar and a type of starch thickener.

You can substitute it with a mix of dry Italian herbs. I can get the mix pre-mixed, but if you can't try equal amounts of parsley, rosemary, oregano and basil.

McCormick makes a premixed Itlain spice mix and so do many stores in the spice section you could just use some og that and be sure you were induction safe but do count the spice carbs too.
