  • Confession and Back on Track!

Oh my goodness! We had a potluck yesterday for a lady who is retiring. I brought deviled eggs (because they are something I can eat). However, for the rest of the day my will power abandoned me like a rat in a sinking ship. I won’t go into details of what I ate because everyone on this Induction board would be appalled. I was appalled and apparently so was my stomach, I blew chunks last night and this morning I am still queasy!!!!!
Its not that I even ate that much, but I ate everything that wasn’t on my induction list.
I felt like I needed to confess. I’m going to let yesterday be what it was (an unreal trip back into the carb addict days) and move on. I am happy to say that I am clean so far today and will be (especially because my stomach is still unsettled from yesterday)
Beware of the potlucks and don’t let what happened to me, happen to you! I certainly regret it!
