    Day 8 here...i've been snooping.....i havent posted in ages....I started running again yesterday also....I cant wait for summer. Hopefully i will be somewhat down to what i used to be.

    Just wanted to say hello to everyone and let everyone know that this is the only WOE!!!!

    Welcome back IWillbethin! First off - 160 pounds is nothing to sneeze at! I personally think you looked fanstatic in your picture. I know that we all wish to be thin - but sometimes you can be too thin. The shapes of our bodies & bone structure can determine the best "weight" for us. You can do this as you know the road to WOE quite well! Good luck out there somewhere in Texas (I'm in SA)

        Welcome back to your ADBB family

        I am sure it will not be long before you once again see that 160 pounds and start to get closer to your goal.

          I remember you!!!! I truly understand!!! I never got down to 160 but I am still frustrated that I didn't stick with it!

                Hi,

                Good to hear I'm not the only one lurking around after a brief absence. I'm on the 3rd day of my re-induction, induction. Meaning I've been on extended induction but have lost track of the days so I'm starting again - very clean 2 weeks. Today is the 3rd day.

                Since January, I've had alcohol twice and a couple of bad carb days, but other than that I've been pretty good. Still, my weight loss has slowed so I thought I'd start counting the days again, to be sure I'm doing a very clean 2 weeks. I plan to stay on induction for a while longer as I'm not yet bored with the food selection.

                A question for all the experienced folks out there. Does weight loss slow in extended induction?

                Iwillbethin: I've got about the same stats as you. Let's keep taking it down.

                  Congrats!! It sounds like your on a good start back!

                  I've been on a little more extended absence, and it's good to be back here again! I've been wandering around a bit, and it's been fun seeing names I knew when I did this the first time around, and it's been great seeing all the new names (especially with pictures).

                  Your pictures are inspiring, and I can't wait to see all the new updates!

                    hey there! i remember you from my first time around on these boards back awhile ago(new uesr name now..needed a fresh start!). i, too , have fallen off gained blah blah. i've been back for about 2 weeks and it really does help posting and even just lurking around on the board. good luck and hopefully we can stick to it this time!
