Maybe some of you have tried this already, but I had it for the first time today and it was tasty and induction friendly( im on owl). Was at the KEG today and had Neptune mushrooms. Its a mushroom cap filled with a crab/cream cheese mixture and broiled until golden on top.It was very good and I went to the store right afterward to pick up some mushrooms so i can make it again at home.

Not to rain on your parade, but be absolutely certain it's crab, and not the crab-flavoured pollack (imitation crab) that many restaurants are prone to use.
Last summer when we were travelling, there was a dish that said it was stuffed with crab, and I asked the waitress to check - and she returned with the information that it was, indeed, the imitation crab that they were using. Thankfully, I checked before ordering.Started Atkins: 21 Sep 2003

It was real crab. Huge difference in taste from pollock, which i think is vile.I think it was probably canned crab because it was very fine. Also had a sirloin steak.WOW. they sure know thier steaks there. It was amazing.320/304/200
