    Re: just another update!!!

Pick yourself up and just carry on. Better to look to the future and learn from the past. Now you know to beware the effect of alcohol, in that it lowers resolve.
Good for you for not turning a one off slip into a slide down the slippery slope!

Hey Mike: Sounds like the stress of being away from your family might be getting to you. I'm sorry.

Okay - you messed up over the weekend and there is not much that can be done about that. BUT you have worked soo hard to get where you are ~ and during the stress of being away from your family shows me you've got lots of guts and determination. SO... today is a brand NEW day! Get back up on that horse of yours and get back on track.

We all know you can do this. Good luck!

so im going back on induction again and not let 2 days spoil my 7 weeks of success.

            thanks

              You go for it, Mike
Now you need also to work out your strategy for avoiding the same thing happening next weekend.

You already know that after drinking booze you are tempted to deviate from the plan, so is there a way you can not drink it?

Any activities you could get involved in that wouldn't need to involve alcohol?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
