  • how often to measure??

    How often do you measure? I took my measurements (hips, waist, bust, l thigh, r thigh, r arm, l arm did I get all the spots?) last night and I am starting to work out today. When do I measure again? Oh and I am down another pound. That makes total of 16 since Jan 1!!!!

    I measure every sunday morning as its the only day i dont have to work and i like to measure before i eat....

    I use www.mybodycomp.com to measure, as you can then compare later on!

      I also measure once a week...these are the areas I measure

      calves
      Thigh up 7 inches from the top of my knee
      Thigh up 9 inches from the top of my knee
      hips
      pouch (between my hips and my belly button)
      waist at belly button
      chest (under bra/breasts)
      arm

      Make sure you measure in the SAME SPOT every time...like I have a mole (I like to call it a beauty mark...hahaha) where I take my hip measurement...and another one where I take my pouch measurement... that type of thing..cause even a little change in the AREA that you measure and your measurements could be quite a bit off.

            i do it about once month so there is a change and im not discoraged, strage that i weight at least once a day though ensive ...
