yesterday was the first time I read anything in the Atkins book other than the induction info. :yikes ..I read through all the phases, how to make it a way of life, etc etc etc...and I want to tell anyone out there who hasn't done that to DO IT :nod It is SO INSPIRATIONAL, SO FULL OF INFORMATION, SO something you really CAN make a way of LIFE!!

I just had to share that because I am REALLY glad I took the time to read it through!

Tammy you are absolutely right, We started a read you book challenge but something happened and it kind of died. We need to get back to that as it really helps.
