  • Eating Too Much?

    Hi!

    I've got one more question to ask. I seem to be eating a lot, because I'm HUNGRY a lot. I don't remember eating this much before when I was on Atkins (lost approx. 25 lbs.). After being on the low-fat, low-cal eating plan at WW for the past 8 months though, I'm wondering if my body is just starved for fats and proteins. I THINK I remember my appetite decreasing after a while when I was on Atkins before, but I'm not sure. Anyone else experience this?

    I started Atkins after being on a very structured lo-fat/hi-carb diet (Jenny Craig) and was ravenous as well. It will pass but I definitely still have my hungrier moments.....

      Dont worry about this it normal if you in the first weeks, as im in my first week and ireally hungry but i find that as the days go on your body gets used to it and it starts to feel perfectly fine and has enough food.Just keep drinking a lot of water and you will be fine.

        If your hungry eat. Its just all this good food. You will probably stablize soon.
