Can I eat these two things?

I am not a fresh veggie cooker, so I was wondering if I could eat canned green beans and frozen broccoli during induction. I know these are allowed foods but I am wondering about the canned and frozen veggies? urplequ:

I'm the only one at home eating veggies, so I typically purchase frozen veggies, because fresh would probably go bad before I ate them up. I'm not crazy about canned veggies because they're too soggy.
