Im in need of support I seem to do just fine on Breafast and Lunch but fall off the wagon once dinnertime comes around (Thats when my husband gets home). Its difficult when u have a husband that tries to sabotage you especially in the beginning when you are truly vunerable. Has anybody encoutered this problem if so how did you overcome it?

just tell him you need his support and that you want to lose weight for 'insert your reasons here'.
I had enough trouble with myself sabotaging myself early on, so I can understand how difficult it must be with someone else doing it. But you can do this, we are all living proof that this way of eating works. Plus if I can overcome a HUGE junkfood addiction and drop 45lb anyone can :hug30/f 182/137/130 5'5

My husband is supportive, it's my mother -in-law, who lives with us, that bugs me. The very day I went on Atkins, she bought donuts, muffins and cookies. At first I was a upset about it, but then I realized that I'm going to have to deal with this sort of stuff later and it's up to me to be strong and I can't expect everyone else to make drastic changes just because of me.
I just put all of the goodies in the pantry and I don't keep them out in front of me. When someone starts to eat these tempting treats, I simply leave the room and do something else......like read DANDR or get on the Atkins board and read and look at before and after pics of people and I feel strong again.
Hang in there and be strong for YOU.
