Congrats on your weight loss. You're off to a great start. Just for clarification, is that a mini goal weight or your final goal weight? Remember, it's important to go through all of the stages of Atkins in order to have lifetime success.

Well Actually the Weight posted is my Goal weight, to be honest I actually think I would look too smal at 175-190 :nod But I guess I will see when I get there. I weigh Alot but I look Really small, I am VERY solid, so I dont look like I'm 235, I look way Smaller. But I will stay on induction untill I lose my Goal amount of weight, Then I will move on. :icondance

Really you would probably do better to move to OWL when you are say 25 pounds from goal. This would give you time to get your body used to the other food groups you introduce step by step and see if any upset your weightloss.

also Dr A did say we should lose the last 5-10 pounds in the pre-maintenance stage

In chapter 16 of DANDR he describes this stage as 'preparation for permanent slimness' and says we should 'put the brakes on' and 'proceed so slowly that your weightloss is almost imperceptible'

If you can - read chapter 16 again and see if it makes sense to you.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
