  • Breakfast anyone??

I am one of those people who really enjoy breakfast. I need some new ideas for what I could legally have while staying in the induction guidelines....so what are all of you having to eat for breakfast???

I like to crumble up sausage and put TBS of chopped bell pepper and a TBS of chopped onion/green onion with 2 eggs and scramble it all together.. so yummy.

2 strips of bacon with a mock danish is also a really filling and tasty breakfast.

I love my breakfast..it's my fav. meal of the day...

Yesterday I had egg salad (2 eggs with mayo) rolled up in romain lettuce leaves.

Today I'm having scrambled eggs with chopped up turkey sausage and onion (sounds like Amenia's b'fast LOL I'll have to add some peppers!).

don't forget it doesn't always have to be breakfast foods..you can have leftovers from last night! I've had buffalo wings for b'fast in the past..pork chops, steak and eggs etc etc.

The great thing about this plan is you can have anything you want for breakfast, including leftovers from the night before. :icondance :icondance :icondance

Eggs with mushrooms and swiss cheese. YUM.

Oh, and sometimes cheeseburgers or grilled chicken. It's not exciting, but sometimes I have a hard boiled egg or two with some bacon.

              Breakfast is WIDE OPEN. :nod

I have to say I am on the mock danish kick right now, and seem to have it often. I also like to make up a breakfast casserole with some sausage, eggs, and cheese.. I can eat it for several days.

Today it was 2 microwaved eggs with chopped tomatoes and mayo. Yesterday it was a piece of leftover cheese crust pizza....ummmm--all my co-workers were drooling!

Smoked Salmon, Mackeral or Ocean Trout on a Wasa Fibre Crisp

Atkins Pancake Mix is good w/side of Turkey Bacon ( I do that twice a week)
I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

I'm guessing the Wasa Fibre Crisp is not an Induction-friendly item.

                      Here's a roll-up suggestion:

Take your slicer (mandolin, four-sided slicer or sharp knife).
Slice Zucchini or Cucumber lengthwise into long strips.

Then, your imagination is the limit - but here's one suggestion:

                      Spread with cream cheese
                      Top with smoked salmon
                      Roll up (toothpick if necessary)

Could even be served as party appetizers

                      Or,

fill with tuna, salmon or egg salad, scrambled eggs, sliced roast beast, grilled tofu, or some other leftover.
