is it ok on induction...to use like 2tbs for thickening textures?

I used to use it quite often until the company changed the recipe. Now it contains less soy than it used, but contains wheat gluten and corn starch. For this reason, I have left my 2 cans (thought they were the old recipe) on the shelf unopened. I think it becomes a personal decision on extended Inductions like ours. As you add things back into the WOE that are not specifically allowed or perhaps specifically disallowed (like wheat), it becomes a modified Induction, and we need to monitor for stuff like cravings or stalls. To me it was just easier to write the Baking Mix off.Kent - 35-M-6'4"
