    STILL SICK....BUT HEY 1 more LB GONE!

    I'm still in the land of the sick. I have a dr. appt. tomorrow so we will see what's up...

    This morning 1 more lb! I havent been drinking that much water today and not really eating either since i'm so dang sick...but hey it's something.

    Just wanted to let you know. Wish me get well thoughts!
