I voted 'yes', but I only eat about 6 pieces as a snack. I don't deep fry a lot, but I have used them ground up a couple of times as 'breading'. I like them, I don't love them.

      I voted NO.
I wished that I liked them, but I can't get them past my lips. :vomit

I finally broke down and tried some (I never had before). I just missed "snacky" type foods. But, the bad news is that I ate too many at a time (same problem I have with chips) so, I haven't bought anymore. Plus, they are kinda gross

I voted yes- although i very very very rarley eat them-- yes you can have them as a snack BUT watch the portion size VERY closely as the sodium can make some stall or have water gain. goo lduck and you ar doing good so far, stay with it and dont give up- why dont you go to the recipie section or the bottom of the forums cooking part and get m ore ideas so you dont get bored and binge. good luck :wave

Not till well past Induction - and then I'm not even sure why.

My fav was getting pork rind from the butcher and baking it in the oven till crispy. Then I could add my own seasoning. Never tried throwing it in the deep fryer, though.

Can't do that any more - the butchers around here don't have any - they don't get the whole animal, I guess.
